Do you have a returns policy?

✔︎ Yes we have a 14 Day Change of Mind Return Policy We are extremely confident that you will love Swished products. However, if you receive our Swished products and match the below eligibility criteria, we offer a free return.

 Due to shipping costs, we do not offer a Change of Mind Return Policy to International Orders. Only order within the United Kingdom are covered.

Eligibility criteria

Is your product eligible for a return?

You can return your product, provided it meets the following eligibility requirements:

 

 1. Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery date/receiving of order.
 2. Item(s) must be un-opened and in the original packaging.
3. You must provide a photo of your unopened item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition. 

 

How do I initiate my return?

If the above conditions are met and you wish to return your Swished products please email our team at support@swished.co.uk with your name, order number, product photo and inform us of the reason why you would like to return your Swished products.


We will send you a return shipping label for free, that you will be required to attach to your original packaging before dropping it off at a post office.


If your return item arrives to our warehouse and our inspection team note that it does not meet the above eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to deny your return or refund.

Love It or Leave It (Unopened)!

At Swished, we strive to provide the best possible service and products to our customers. Due to the high costs associated with shipping, inspecting, and restocking returned items, we require that all returns be in their original, unopened packaging. This policy helps us maintain our commitment to quality and keeps our prices competitive.

We understand that this differs from the 'try and decide to buy' mindset prevalent in the apparel industry. 

Per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may choose to return goods within 14 days. A returns fee of £18 will be applied, which includes freight, product inspection, product re-packing and re-stocking fees. After we have received the returned goods, we have 14 days to refund the balance of funds.
